2. Services
Full Throttle Auto Detailing provides mobile auto detailing services in the Phoenix and Lake Havasu City, AZ areas. We come to your location — home, office, or wherever your vehicle is parked. All services are performed by our trained detailing professionals using professional-grade products and equipment.
3. Booking & Appointments
- Appointments are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation message.
- We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
- Prices shown are base prices and may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and specific requirements.
- Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of service.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- No-shows may be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the booked service price.
- We reserve the right to cancel appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will reschedule at no additional charge.
5. SMS Communications
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from Full Throttle Auto Detailing including booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and service status updates.

6. Vehicle Condition & Liability
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, scratches, dents, or other issues present before the service.
- Please remove all valuables from your vehicle before service. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
- We take great care with every vehicle. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our team, we will work with you to reach a fair resolution.
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.
7. Payment
- Payment is due upon completion of services.
- We accept cash, card, Venmo, Zelle, and other common payment methods.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of completion and we will make it right at no additional charge.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
